Q: What are the qualification requirements?

A:
-Documented income 3X the monthly rent.
-Credit 600+. Applicants with lower scores may be considered with a co-signer who meets all requirements. Borderline credit scores may be considered if adversely affected by unexpected medical expenses or student loans.
-No evictions filed in the last 5 years.
-No unpaid judgements.
-Positive references from previous landlords.
-Clean background check.


Q: How do I apply?

Q: Is there an application fee?

A: Yes, $30. Although you can fill out the application for free, $30 must be received before we can run the required credit and background check, and finish review of your application.


Q: Do you accept Section 8?

A: Yes! You must have your move in packet and a voucher sufficient to cover the rent.


Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Specific pet policies may vary from home to home, although most are pet friendly! The listing for the home which you are interested in is the best source for this information. “Dangerous breeds”, as specified by our insurance carriers, may be excluded.


Q: Who has to apply?

A: Separate applications are required for each adult who will occupy the home. Separate applications are not required for children.
